Location: In a quiet location the centre of Waikiki only two blocks to Waikiki Beach and steps from the Ala Wai Walking Path. Within walking distance to Waikiki Aquarium - Honolulu Zoo - and Kapiolani Park. Guests will be *surrounded with the fun* of Waikiki's many restaurants - boutiques - and attractions. Airport: Honolulu International
From the airport, exit terminal and access H-1 Freeway East, exit freeway via Nimitz Hwy and follow Waikiki directional signs, Nimitz Hwy transitions to Ala Moana Blvd, midpoint on your drive as you pass the Port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left, Ala Moana Blvd merges with Kalakaua Ave at the Southwest entrance to Waikiki, proceed onto Kuhio Ave. Turn left on Paoakalani Ave. Turn left on Ala Wai Blvd. Turn left on Ohua Ave, the ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan is on the left side at the corner of Ohua and Kuhio Ave.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
Cancellation Policy
Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.

All suites have completely equipped kitchens with refrigerator - stove - microwave - rice cooker - china and cookware. Barbecue grills are also available in the pool area on recreation level. Meals may be ordered from *room service in Paradise* from 1100-2130 hours.
