  • Location:  Hotel Marlowe is only minutes from Harvard and MIT campuses and downtown Boston. Only four miles from Logan airport and Boston Convention/Exhibition Center. One block from the Museum of Science.

  • From Boston Logan Airport (BOS) 1. From the main airport roadway, follow signs for "Route 1a / Sumner Tunnel / I 93." 2. Enter the Sumner Tunnel, and stay in the right lane. 3. As you exit the Sumner Tunnel, veer right into the tunnel for Storrow Drive. 4. As you exit this tunnel, make a left following signs for "Leverett Circle / North Station. 5. At the second light, make a left (follow 28 North sign) and immediately take a right at the next traffic light. 6. This puts you on to the O'Brien highway (28 north). 7. You will pass the museum of science on your left. 8. after two traffic lights, turn left onto Edwin H Land Blvd. 9. The hotel will be one sixteenth of a mile ahead, on your right, at 25 Edwin H. Land Blvd.
  • From the MBTA (subway) Green Line 1. Take a green line MBTA train to Lechmere Station. 2. Exit the train to the right and follow signs to Cambridge Street. 3. After walking under the train tracks, cross Cambridge Street and turn left. 4. At the second traffic light, turn right on Edwin H. Land Boulevard. 5. The hotel will be one sixteenth of a mile on your right. 6. The hotel is approximately 5 minutes walking from Lechmere Station.
  • From MBTA (subway) Red Line 1. Take a red line MBTA train to Kendall Square Station. 2. Exit the train and walk down Cambridge Center toward the Charles River and the Longfellow Bridge. 3. When you reach the river, turn left on Edwin H. Land Boulevard and follow it toward the Cambridge side Galleria and the Museum of Science. 4. The hotel will be past the Cambridge side Galleria on your left. 5. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walking from Kendall Square Station.

  • Sports and Recreation:  Sail on the Charles River, pedal your way down a scenic bike path or power-walk through town in search of Paul Revere. Bicycling And Walking - There are a number of scenic bicycle trails in the area. The Emerald Necklace (617-635-4505) traverses nine parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted (who also designed New York City's Central Park) and Charles Eliot. - The Dr. Paul Dudley White Charles River bike path follows the river for nearly 17 miles, winding from Watertown Square to the Museum of Science. - The Stony Brook Reservation bikeway is a four-mile route from Hyde Park to West Roxbury. For additional information on bike paths, call (617-727-9547). - The hotel does offer a limited amount of bicycles and kayaks for complimentary day use. - Boston is a pedestrian's dream, a city to be savored intimately, one step at a time.
