The tidewater has 100 rooms located on four acres of land overlooking Mill creek Bay and Mill Pond, directly across the street. Mill Pond hosts a working reproduction of the Baxter Grist Mill which first operated there in 1710.

  • Follow signs to Route six East. Exit at number seven, the Willow Street, West Yarmouth exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left and proceed approx. one mile to first traffic light. Turn left at lights on Route 28 and proceed approx. one mile, we are located on the right on the corner of Baxter Avenue, across from Mill Pond.
