The Woodstock Inn and Resort is located on the Village Green. Named one of America's ten most picturesque villages by National Geographic Magazine. The rooms and suites, 23 with fireplaces, feature modern amenities that provide a warm and comfortable setting. The elegant 4 diamond awarded dining room offers continental reservations required and New England cuisine with wines from our award-winning wine cellar. The Eagle Cafe provides casual country dining. Recreational facilities include an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, a health and fitness centre located 1.5 miles from the inn with outdoor and indoor tennis, croquet, racquetball, squash, fitness rooms, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and lap pool. Close by are the Woodstock Ski Touring Centre and the Suicide Six downhill ski area.

  • S1K:  These are our most elegant suites. Each of these suites have a King bed in the bedroom, a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room, one and a half baths, and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. These suites have a full bath off the bedroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. These large bathrooms have plenty of mirror space and two sinks. The bathroom of the living room is smaller, but is great for people who need extra room to get ready. The warm and inviting suite helps you relax and enjoy your time with us.
  • T1K:  These suites are all located in the main section of the Inn. Each of these suites has a King bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room and two full baths. These suites are perfect for families who want the extra room. Featuring 2 cable TV's one in the bedroom and one on the living room, terry cloth robes, sitting area in the bedroom, full living room, coffee makers, small refrigerators and in-room safes. Decorated in Colonial decor, these suites invite you to just spend time relaxing.
  • A2D:  These are our largest guest room accommodations and are located throughout the Inn. These rooms are perfect for families who are looking for a little extra space, but do not need a suite. These rooms all have full baths, cable TV, terry robes, sofa, coffee makers, small refrigerators and in-room safes. Some of these rooms have pullout sofa beds and can be requested but not guaranteed. The rooms that have the sofabeds are located in the Main section of the Inn.
  • A1K:  These are our largest guest room accommodations and are located throughout the Inn. Some of these are connecting rooms with the ability to connect to Superior Rooms. These rooms all have full baths, cable TV, terry robes, sofa, coffee makers, small refrigerators and in-room safes. Some of these rooms have pullout sofa beds and can be requested but not guaranteed. These large rooms are perfect for accommodating families or couples who require extra space.
  • A1Q:  These are a cozy couples room located in the Tavern Section of the Inn. Each of these rooms have a Queen bed and working wood burning fireplace. These rooms all have full bath, cable TV, terry robes, coffee makers, small refrigerators and in-room safes. These warm, cozy rooms are decorated with a little more elegancy, but still have the same comfortable feel as our other rooms. These are the perfect rooms for the cold winter's night or the cooler evening in Spring or Fall.
  • B2D:  These are our midsize rooms. They are located througout the Main Inn and are located on the second and third floors. These rooms have full baths, cable TV, terry robes, coffe makers and small refrigerators. These rooms are decorated in Colonial decor with colorful quilts and specially designed furniture. Some of this rooms have sofabed and can be requested but not guaranteed.
  • B1K:  These are our midsize rooms. They are located througout the Main Inn. These rooms have full baths, cable TV, terry robes, coffe makers and small refrigerators. These rooms are decorated in Colonial decor with colorful quilts and specially designed furniture. Features a pull-out sofa bed which will give a family more room to move around during the day when the sofa bed is away.
  • C1Q:  Our Superior rooms are located throughout the Main Inn on the first, second and third floors. These rooms are larger than the standard rooms. Features full baths, cable TV, terry robes, table and chairs and coffee maker. These are the majority of rooms at the Inn and are decorated in Colonial Decor, with colorful quilts and specially designed furniture. These rooms are available either smoking or non-smoking upon request.
  • C2D:  Our Superior rooms are located throughout the Main Inn on the first, second and third floors. These rooms are larger than the standard rooms. Features full baths, cable TV, terry robes, table and chairs and coffee maker. These are the majority of rooms at the Inn and are decorated in Colonial Decor, with colorful quilts and specially designed furniture.
  • CT2:  Our Superior rooms are located throughout the Main Inn on the first, second and third floors. These rooms are larger than the standard rooms. Features full baths, cable TV, terry robes, table and chairs and coffee maker. These are the majority of rooms at the Inn and are decorated in Colonial Decor, with colorful quilts and specially designed furniture. These all connect to Premium rooms. Connecting rooms can be requested but are not guaranteed. All these rooms are non-smoking.

  • Location:  The inn is centrally located in the beautiful town of Woodstock, Vermont. Our New England village takes you back in time with its historic buildings, covered bridge, Paul Revere bells and the relaxed pace of its shops and galleries. There are a multitude of things that you can do in and around the resort, from golf and tennis to hiking and skiing. Dining is the consummate time for gatherings. Plan your days over breakfast in our Eagle Cafe, have lunch on the country club deck before a round of golf. Reminisce during dinner in our dining room or banquet rooms. Our outstanding cuisine and service will make each meal memorable.

  • Take a right onto Brown Ave. Follow signs to I-293 south to I-93 north take I-89 north (after exit 11) continue of I-89 into Vermont take exit 1 (Woodstock-Rutland-Route 4) at the bottom of the ramp turn left on to route 4 west. Travel about 10 minutes to the center of Woodstock. As you circle the village green the inn will be on your right.
  • Take i-93n. Take i-89n after exit 12 but before exit 11 - bow-henniker stay on i-89into vermont - about 1.5 hours. Take exit 1 -woodstock-rutland-route 4. At bottom of ramp, turn leftonto route 4 west. Travel 10 miles to the village green -traffic rotary. As you circle around the green, the innwill come up on your right. Note to long islanders youcan take the long island expressway to the cross island parkway, over the bridge and onto i95 north. If you are travelling during rush hour, you may want to take thebridgeport ferry instead and then take i-95 north. Ittakes just as long to drive around as it does to take theferry unless there is bumper to bumper traffic
  • Take i-95 north or the merritt parkwayto i-91 north. Take i-91 north to exit 10n in vermont, onto i-89 north. Travel 2.6 miles and get off at exit 1 -woodstock. At bottom of ramp, turn left onto route 4west. Travel 10 miles to the village green - trafficrotary. Keep the village green on your left and the innwill come up on your right.
  • Take i-87 north - adirondack northway - toexit 20 for lake george. At the bottom of the exit, turnleft onto route 9 north. At the first light, turn right onto route 149 east. Travel 12 miles into fort ann and turn left onto route 4 east. Travel 12 miles intowhitehall and bear right on route 4 east near the silverdiner and grand union. Travel 35 to 40 miles intorutland. At the end of the four-lane road, turn left onroute 4 east-route 7 north. Travel about 3 miles and turnright on route 4 east after the grand union on yourright. Follow route 4 east for 31 miles, throughbridgewater and into the village of woodstock. As youbegin to circle the village green, the green will be onyour left and the inn will be on your right.

    All cancellations are subject to a 30 USD cancellation fee. Low seasons- cancel reservations 7 days prior to arrival and high seasons- cancel reservations 28 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit collected at booking.

  • Richardson's Tavern:  Think of a timeless after-hours tavern-dark wood paneling, rich inviting furniture, the friendly barkeep-and you've got Richardson's. Stop in for local music and micro-brews, spirits, exceptional bar food, and, of course sensational desserts.
  • Eagle Cafe:  A popular gathering place for families, shoppers and guests on the go, the eagle cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Delicious soups, salads and sandwiches, as well as savory hot dishes are prepared with the same attention as the entrees served in the main dining room. Hours of operations - 7 days a week - Breakfast 7:00am-10:00am. Lunch 12:00am- 2:00pm. Dinner 5: 30pm- 9:00pm.
